Define your request
Describe your property in five steps. We reply within 24 business hours to agree the scope, appointment and schedule.
Observe and document
The visit, plans, renovations and land records help us understand the buildings, outdoor spaces and surroundings.
Compare and explain
Property features are assessed against the local market. The report explains the evidence and uncertainties; the phone consultation lets you ask questions.
The form does not produce an automatic value. A valuation does not guarantee a sale price or replace a technical survey, legal advice or statutory assessment.
Your valuation in practice
What is the difference between an online estimate and a visit?
An online tool gives an initial indication based on the information entered and its model. At Evora Immo, the form prepares the request: a visit, documents and market comparisons then inform a report explaining the assessed value.
What does the CHF 500 price include?
A scheduled visit, a written PDF report and a phone discussion to explain the results. Property scope and delivery date are agreed before starting. No payment is requested in the form.
Land use shapes a property’s value.
An old farmhouse can make room for new plans.
Live closer to nature and stay connected to the city.
A home with a garden changes everyday life.
A plot’s value depends on permitted uses and rights. A field and a building plot of the same size serve different markets.
Changing agricultural land into building land requires an approved plan that has entered into force. Being near a station or motorway is not enough. Building rights, infrastructure, easements and project costs must then be assessed. In Vaud, residential building zones are sized according to needs over 15 years.
